"We wanted to take the time to write this letter to let you know how wonderful everyone has been to our mother/grandmother who is a patient on 2 west. She is scheduled to be discharged on Saturday and we can't thank everyone enough for the care she has received. She has made great improvements since being admitted there. Please let everyone know how much we and she appreciated them - nurses, nursing assistants, housekeeping, dietary, physical and occupational therapy, case worker, hair dresser and anyone else we may have missed that were involved in her care and recovery.
