***Important information regarding CNA Class***

 

Our October CNA class has been postponed. We will post the new start date as soon as it is set.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years old to apply for the class. Our CNA class is not a paid training class. The class if offered Monday-Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and it is a six week program. There will be a $100.00 fee for anyone accepted into the class. Upon successful completion of the class anyone in good standing will be offered a full time position. Available shifts will vary depending upon the staffing needs of our nursing department at that time.

If you're looking for a flexible work schedule or need extra income, Richfield Recovery & Care Center's PRN pool may be able to assist you. Employees will receive orientation and training for these positions and will work in the Recovery & Care Center.

 

**PRN LPN Up to $21.00 an hour plus shift, and weekend differentials.**

  • Full Time LPN's 11:30AM-8:00PM: Must have graduated from an accredited, state approved school, and hold a valid state license.
  • Part Time LPN's 6:45AM-3:15PM, 2:45PM-11:15PM, and 10:45PM-7:15AM : Must have graduated from an accredited, state approved school, and hold a valid state license.
  • Full Time CNA's : 6:45AM-3:00PM, and 2:45PM-11:00PM: Must have completed a State approved Nurse Aide class and hold a valid state license.
  • Part Time CNA'S 6:45AM-3:00PM, 2:45-11:00PM, and 10:45PM-7:00AM: Must have completed a state approved Nurse Aide class and hold a valid state license.

PRN employees will receive orientation and training for these positions and will become a part of our care-giving team.

Richfield Memory Care & Enrichment Center

  • Full Time CNA/Med Aide 11-7: must hold a valid VA CNA license, and hold a Registered Medication Aide License. Prefer prior supervisory experience in an assisted living setting.

Joseph C. Thomas Center

  • Full Time LPN 3-11:must hold a valid VA nursing license.
  • Full Time LPN 11-7: must hold a valid VA nursing license.
  • Full Time CNA/Med Aide 7-3: must hold a valid VA CNA license or NA certificate, and hold a Registered Medication License.
  • Full Time CNA/Med Aide 3-11: must hold a valid VA CNA license or NA certificate, and hold a Registered Medication license.
  • Full Time Housekeeper (7:00AM-3:00PM): must be able to read, write, and speak the English language, follow verbal/written directions, and have the ability to work with fellow employees as a team member.

The Oaks

 

  • Full Time LPN 11-7: must hold a valid VA nursing license.
  • Full Time CNA/Med Aide 3-11: must hold a valid VA CNA license or NA certificate, and hold a Registered Medication license.
  • Part Time Server 4PM-7PM: must be able to read, write, speak the English language to be able to effectively communicate with residents/co-workers, stand/walk for long periods of time, and be able to work as a team member.

 

INDEPENDENT LIVING & SERVICE AREA

 

  • Part Time Security Guard II (Rotating Shifts): Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language to be able to effectively communicate with residents, employees, and visitors. This position requires a valid VA driver’s license, and a DCJS unarmed security certification, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
